An Oxford-based singer and songwriter originally from Reading, via London, played and wrote for various Reading bands during the late 90s and early 00s before moving to Oxford and forming a songwriting project with multi-instrumentalist, sound-engineer and producer Matt Foster in 2002.

Initially planned as a studio project only, years of testing material on the songwriter and acoustic circuit in London, Reading and Oxford, has seen Mike with Matt and more recently, session-drummer Leo Brown, become an act in their own right, with a debut album due for download release in March 2009.

Influences are diverse, but favourites can often be traced back to producer Dave Fridmann at Tarbox Road Studios in New York.
